- ReadyClickandGo specialise in customised private guided day trips, sightseeing tours and cultural experiences in the Balkans (in this case, Bosnia), which are pre-bookable online and backed up by a small team of experienced travellers.
- Bradt Travel Guides have a guidebook to Bosnia & Herzegovina, in the foreward of which Paddy Ashdown (High representative for Bosnia & Herzegovina) describes the country as "one of the last undiscovered tourist destinations in Europe". He himself bought a holiday home there on the edge of a lake.
